Tariq, the consultant I originally spoken to went above the call of duty to make sure that someone would be at my premises on the given day and time (2 days before Christmas). He even phoned me back to confirm when Gopal would call. Hobart Computer Doctors is what customer service means!!!!

The service provided by Hobart Computer Doctors was exceptional. We phoned in the morning and we had someone out by early evening. The technician advised us constantly of how he was travelling for time which left us able to do other tasks during the day. The technician was very good at fixing and identifying the problem, installing new antivirus software and generally making us feel comfortable in continuing to use computers without worry of further infections....
